Please follow the instruction below:	Firmware file (5,899 KB)
1. Download the file and burn it into a CD.
2. Once the CD is burnt, place it into the DVR950 and let it run.
3. It will automatically detect the new firmware and ask you if you want to upgrade.
4. Move the highlight 'Yes' for confirming to upgrade the unit (Move the cursor to left).
5. It will run the disc for few seconds. Then tray will pop out.
6. Once the tray is out, thake out the dis. Then the upgrade will start.
7. During the upgrade, make sure not to shut the power off by any chance.
8. Once it has finished the upgrade, it will automatically restart the unit.
9. After the upgrade is finished, go to 'Setup' -> 'HDD Format'. Format the HDD.
[Note] If you format the HDD, you will lose all date that you have recorded.
[Note] If you have any important data in HDD, backup to DVD.
